Cataract surgical rate in the Brazilian public health system, 2015-2025: frozen datasets and analysis code

Frozen datasets and analysis code underlying the article "Cataract surgical rate in the Brazilian public health system, 2015-2025: an interrupted time series analysis". All content is derived from publicly available, aggregate sources: the Outpatient Information System of the Brazilian Unified Health System (SIA/SUS, Ministry of Health, via TabNet) and the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE, table 6579 and the 2022 Census, aggregate 4714). There are no individual-level records, no medical charts and no primary data collection; the smallest unit of analysis is the state-month. The deposit contains the four frozen input files, the frozen analysis output to which every numeric value reported in the article traces, and the three scripts that extract the data, run the analysis and generate the figures.
