Simulated Test Data for Reconstruction of Atom Probe Tomography Detector Hitmaps
收藏资源简介:
Description of experiments This dataset contains six simulation experiments of specimens that were generated and evaporated using the Adaptive Atom Probe Tomography Simulator (AdAPTS). The general purpose is benchmarking of reconstruction algorithms. The simulation experiments are called ReconTest2_M0-FCC_M1-BCC_Vertical ReconTest2_M1-FCC_M0-BCC_Vertical ReconTest2_M0-FCC_M2-BCC_Embedded ReconTest2_M2-FCC_M0-BCC_Embedded ReconTest2_M2-FCC_M0-BCC_Horizontal ReconTest2_M0-FCC_M2-BCC_Horizontal The naming convention works as follows: M0, M1 and M2 describe different material parameter sets (evaporation field, electrostatic permittivity, atomic mass) FCC and BCC describe body-centered cubic and face-centered cubic, respectively Vertical, Horizontal and Embedded describe the different material interfaces, where the embedded structure here is a tilted cylinder The prefix ReconTest2 is a project-internal reference Description of data For each of the experiments, this dataset contains a description of the involved material parameters, sample geometry and sample nanostructure as well as other experimental parameters (for instance potential applied at the specimen base, distance between specimen base and detector, etc.). For each experiment, all of the above parameters can be found in the corresponding YAML file, whereas the start and end points of each ion trajectory are stored in the CSV file, along with the material name (M0, M1 or M2). More detailed instructions on how to load and plot the data contained within the CSV files can be viewed in the attached Python script, which was used to generate the preview figure.
