This is from the transposon mutant library of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1. The aim is to check for the presence of PL sub complexes in the absence of FliF protein.
AD1231: pAD1361/A136; Carbenicillin 50; virB, virD4, virGN54D on multicopy plasmid, host lacks a Ti-plasmid. Constitutive virG mutant, does not require AS. But good to have AS in the media, anyway.
