MIDRC Data Commons

MIDRC Data Commons是医学影像与数据资源中心(MIDRC)的数据共享平台，专注于医学影像数据的管理、分析和共享。该数据库提供开放访问数据，包括影像文件、患者人口统计数据、COVID-19检测结果和其他临床数据，采用LOINC标准进行数据标准化。用户可通过探索工具进行队列构建和数据子集下载，使用GraphQL查询数据，并在Jupyter Notebook中进行分析。MIDRC Data Commons is the data sharing platform of the Medical Imaging and Data Resource Center (MIDRC), focusing on the management, analysis and sharing of medical imaging data. This database provides open-access data including imaging files, patient demographic data, COVID-19 test results and other clinical data, with data standardized in accordance with the LOINC standard. Users can conduct cohort construction and data subset downloading via exploration tools, query data using GraphQL, and perform analysis in Jupyter Notebooks.
