This is a time-resolved dataset consisting of barcoded E. coli BW25113 shifted between temperatures (25C or 37C) in LB growth medium. There are two biological replicates of the following experiments experiments: 25C steady-state growth, 25C-to-37C upshift, 37C-to-25C downshift, and 37C steady-state growth.
