Effect of overexpressing CSTA on gene expression of different nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cells

To investigate the function of CSTA, we established CSTA-overexpressing cell lines.We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different NPC cells . To elucidate the molecular mechanisms of CSTA in suppressing NPC cellular motility, we performed high-throughput sequencing of S18 and 5-8F cells with CSTA overexpression or vector control.
