Dashboard Care4Food: Sustainable Dietary Transitions in Portugal: Behavioral and Territorial Drivers from project choices and perceptions of Food security and Sustainability in a changing climate

The Care4Food dashboard is a collaborative monitoring platform (prototype) that visualises food consumption, food environments, and sustainable diet scores in Portugal at NUTS III and municipal levels. It is based on a national survey conducted in 2024 and integrates real-time citizen-generated behavioural data with spatial indicators derived from OpenStreetMap, INE, and DGT. The system supports spatially explicit policy analysis, benchmarking, and the development of a future Food Sustainability Observatory.
