Fusarium oxysporum is one of the pathogens causing Panax notoginseng root rot. In this study, high-throughput sequencing technology (Illumina) was used to sequence the genome of Fusarium oxysporum. The sequence results are of great significance for understanding the molecular mechanism of F. oxysporum causing P. notoginseng disease and further effectively controlling the occurrence of diseases.
