The present are directed to methods and compositions for conferring tolerance to the glyphosate of plants. Also provides plants， seeds， plant tissues， cells and portions of facilities to the glyphosate tolerant that comprise modified EPSP and of recombinant dna molecules which encode EPSP proteins， as well as methods for producing the same and their use.
