资源简介:
Activated Cdc42-associated kinase (ACK) is a Rho family effector that is widely implicated in cancer. This work investigates how ACK affects the signal transducer and activators of transcription (STAT) family. ACK is shown to interact with STAT5 in the K562 CML cell line, and contribute to the pool of nuclear phosphorylated STAT5. By Cleavage Under Targets and Release Using Nuclease (CUT&RUN) and RNA-sequencing experiments using ACK KO K562 cells we have identified ACK driven STAT5 transcriptional targets. This also revealed global losses in H3K4me3 and H3K27ac in ACK KO cells. CUT&RUN on K562 WT and ACK KO cells, 3 replicates for STAT5, H3K4me3, H3K27ac and IgG.
