The single cell transcriptome analysis based on planar patch clamp chip using rat primary hippocampal neurons. Rattus norvegicus

We developed the array of single-cell-analysis-units which extract the cytoplasm using syringe pumps, to hand out the extract to mRNA-seq analysis. We analyzed single cells positioned on the micro pore of the planar patch clamp chip by suction through the micro pore. The transcriptome profiles of single cells were analyzed by qPCR and RNA-seq analysis using next-generation sequencing (NGS).
