Bacterial diversity of Ethiopian hot springs

The study aimed to assess the bacterial diversity of the water samples collected from three Ethiopian hot springs using metagenomic analysis. This metagenomic analysis helped in identifying thermophilic bacteria which can be used as a potential candidates to produce thermostable enzymes to be used in different industrial applications.
