Differential gene expression profile of a constitutive regulatory mutation in the baeS gene of E. coli

The purpose of this analysis is to determine the mechanisms by which mutations in the E. coli chromosome can confer antibiotic resistance in the absence of two major antibiotic efflux pumps, AcrAB and AcrEF.
