Differential CpG methylation profiling for KMT2D and HNF4A genomic region in pancreatic cancer cells was performed using Illumina MiSeq. Triplicates of 5-AZA-CdR treated or untreated cells were used for genomic DNA isolation and subjected to Targeted 5-mC Bisulfite Sequencing for the selected regions of interest i) chr12: 49448986-49449286 for KMT2D and ii) chr20: 43029895, chr20: 42984320, chr20: 42984324, chr20: 43029732, chr20: 43036036, chr20: 42984099, chr20: 42984209, chr20: 42984394, chr20: 42984878, chr20: 42984338, chr20: 42984579, chr20: 42984347, chr20: 42984453, chr20: 42983920, chr20: 42984276, chr20: 43029777 for HNF4A. Primers used were designed and validated by Zymo Research Corporation.
