Output files of RepeatModeler2 and RepeatMasker. The fasta file (new_Acj.fa) and stk (new_Acj.stk) file contains consensus sequences of transposable elements in <em>Apis cerana japinica </em>from RepeatModeler2. The two files, new_Acj.out and new_Acj.tbl, are the result files from RepeatMasker. new_Acj.masked.gz is the genome sequence file of <em>Apis cerana japonica </em>in which repetitive regions and TE sequences are shown in “N” (used input file for gene prediction).
