We used single-cell transcriptomics to compare thyroid follicular cells (TFCs) and stromal cells from control and Graves' disease patients and gain insight into the contribution of non-immune cells to the autoimmune response of the thyroid gland.Enzimatically dispersed TFCs and stromal thyroid cells preparations were further enriched by magnetic depletion of infiltrating CD45+ leukocytes using RosetteSep Human CD45 Depletion Cocktail.
