This excel file (Spectroscopic Dataset) contains two-photon cross section (σ2PA / GM), two-photon circular/linear polarization ratio (Ω), one-photon absorption (ε / M-1cm-1), and fluorescence (1PEF) spectral measurements for 14 samples (12 fluorophores) recorded in steps of 1 nm (or 0.5 nm). For the range of 440 - 630 nm, two-photon spectra are calibrated respective to pulse photon flux measurements at each wavelength, while longer wavelengths are corrected using comparison to existing two-photon references. Measurements were performed using a single-beam fluorescence-excitation technique with broadly wavelength-tunable femtosecond pulses, and have an estimated accuracy of 15 – 20%, suitable for correcting nonlinear-optical spectra in the blue-green range of wavelengths.
