We have developed a processing pipeline that leverages the parallel processing capabilities of the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano to implement processing of cell data at up to 1200 cells/second. We demonstrate this pipeline for real-time processing of data from a holographic cytometry (HC) system, a high-throughput QPM implementation that uses a microfluidic element and stroboscopic illumination. The CUDA processing algorithm enables generation of QPM data from raw interferograms followed by phase unwrapping, cell segmentation and refocusing.
