# Scope These are microscopy image datasets of a a primary screen and two secondary siRNA screens for histone regulators in the breast cancer cell line MDA-MD-231. The datset is part of an article by Bruhn et al., 2022 (Communications Biology). <br> # Associated sample information For each screen, a separate sample map is provided in tab-separated format. The "dataset" column designates the folder in which the associated data are stored. Other columns indicate the stainings (channels), the siRNA targets. <br> # Folder and file structure Each of the 3 screening folders contains one subfolder per screening plate. Each plate folder contains one subfolder per column group that was acquired within a single run. Each column group folder contains one subfolder per optical field with the nomenclature OPTICALFIELD_WELL Each OPTICALFIELD_WELL folder contains one subfolder per channel Each channel folder contains a subfolder "stack1" in which the image is stored in ets format (frame_t_0.ets) <br> # Additional information Detailed technical information on sample preparation and image evaluation can be found in the associated article.
