Improving hospital waste recycling through behavioural science

This PhD thesis designs a theory-informed behavioural intervention to improve hospital waste recycling, following key steps of established and widely used behaviour change approaches. In doing so, it advances behavioural science by developing a method for comprehensive behaviour identification in the context of organisational waste management.
