The predatory stink bug Picromerus lewisi is an excellent biological control agent of major pest insects in crops and forests. However, knowledge of the genomic and transcriptomic data of this bug is scarce. In the present study, PacBio single-molecule real-time (SMRT) sequencing was used to reveal the full-length transcriptome profiling of P. lewisi.
