Neurodevelopmental Patterns of White Matter Transformation during the Early Postnatal Period

This dataset includes: 1) T2w Template from the dHCP datasets 2) 4D weekly maps of i) average T2w; ii) average T2w/T1w signal ratio; iii) average neurite density index [NODDI]; iv) average free water map [NODDI]. All are derived from the dHCP study. 3) NMF results - NeWMaPs from the dHCP study across multiple resolutions (ranging from 2-20 NMFs).本数据集包含以下内容： 1) 来自dHCP数据集的T2w模板； 2) 每周四次采集的4D图像，包括：i) 平均T2w图像；ii) 平均T2w/T1w信号比；iii) 平均神经突密度指数（NODDI）；iv) 平均自由水图像（NODDI）。所有图像均由dHCP研究衍生； 3) NMF（非负矩阵分解）结果——dHCP研究中的NeWMaPs，涵盖多个分辨率范围（2-20个NMF）。
