PoliS - Lombardy_Administrative Management Measures 2024

Data relating to the measures taken by the managers and the General Manager of PoliS-Lombardy pursuant to Article 23(1) of Legislative Decree No 33/2013 / Article 1(16) of Law No 190/2012 . The lists and summary sheets of the final measures of the proceedings, adopted by the administrative managers of PoliS-Lombardia, referring to: a) authorisation or concession; b) choice of contractor for the award of works, supplies and services, also with reference to the selection method chosen pursuant to the code of public contracts, relating to works, services and supplies, referred to in Legislative Decree No 163 of 12 April 2006; competitions and selective tests for the recruitment of staff and career progression referred to in Article 24 of Legislative Decree No 150 of 2009; d) agreements entered into by the administration with private entities or with other public administrations.
