MicroRNA Expression Profiling in Ovarian Tissues: Effects of Acupuncture Treatment on TGs-induced DOR Rats

Acupuncture is widely used to improve ovarian function. Previously, we demonstrated that acupuncture could improve the state of oxidative stress in Tripterygium Glycosides tablets suspension (TGs)-induced diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) rats. This study aimed to explore the anti-oxidation mechanism of acupuncture in ameliorating ovarian reserve in DOR rats through microRNA sequencing.
