Genome sequencing of Mycobacterium derived from cattle that showed false-positive in bovine tuberculosis testing.

We report the genome sequences of Mycobacterium strains isolated from cattle that showed false-positive reactions in bovine tuberculosis tests. These data may contribute to clarifying the underlying causes of diagnostic inaccuracies.
