These raw reads are used for community assignments in the Oceanography special issue manuscript "Monitoring biodiversity impacts of a changing Arctic through environmental (e)DNA". These samples were amplified for eDNA fragments of the 16S and 18S gene regions. The samples were taken during two research cruises and span the geographic range of the Bering and Beaufort Sea.
