Lymphotoxin beta receptor signalling in HBV-infected hepatocytes was previously shown to induce an intracellular anti-viral immune response, leading to the purging of the viral DNA genome from the nucleus of infected cells. To investigate the effects of long-term lymphotoxin beta receptor activation on the transcriptional landscape, we treated differentiated HepaRG (dHepaRG) cells for different timepoints with 0.5 µg/mL BS1, a lymphotoxin beta receptor agonising antibody.
