<br><b>Project title</b>: PMACS-103<b>Grant Information:</b> AHA Grant 9TPA34910007, Regulatory role of pericardial macrophages in myocardial infarction<b>Project Description:</b>· Animal Model: Myocardial Infarction· Animal Age: 8-12 Weeks· Animal Sex: Male· Animal Strain: C57B6/J Lys<sup>Cre</sup>GATA6<sup>fl/fl</sup>· Number: 8 Mice· Groups: All mice given 100uL of CFA emulsion near right hip joint and then infarcted· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given 100uL of CFA emulsion near the right hip joint, injected subcutaneously. At day 7 post-injection, mice were given MI via LAD ligation. Animals were sacrificed at day 3 post-infarction. Hearts were collected and analyzed via Flow Cytometry.
