Triticum aestivum trait Corpus (TaeC)

TaeC数据集由巴黎萨克雷大学和国家农业研究院联合创建，专注于小麦育种文献中的性状和表型信息。该数据集包含540篇PubMed引用文献，全面标注了性状、表型和物种实体，使用小麦性状和表型本体及国家生物技术信息中心的物种分类学。TaeC旨在通过提供高质量的标注数据，支持机器学习方法在小麦性状和表型信息提取中的应用，以加速小麦育种过程，提高对环境变化的适应性和疾病抵抗力。

The TaeC dataset was co-developed by Paris-Saclay University and the National Institute for Agricultural Research, focusing on trait and phenotype information in wheat breeding literature. It contains 540 PubMed-cited publications, with comprehensive annotations of trait, phenotype and species entities, utilizing the Wheat Trait and Phenotype Ontology and the species taxonomy from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). The TaeC dataset aims to support the application of machine learning methods for wheat trait and phenotype information extraction by providing high-quality annotated data, so as to accelerate the wheat breeding process and improve adaptability to environmental changes and disease resistance.
