Identification of circular RNA in gills of white shrimp after WSSV infection

WSSV is one of the serious pathogens in shrimp aquaculture. Investigation of immune response in particular molecular level has been studied so far. Circular RNA is one of the regulatory RNAs that is involved in several physiological and biological processes. This study aimed to identify circRNA in shrimp and analyze differential expression of circRNA upon WSSV infection.
