Elaeagnus angustifolia Raw sequence reads

In order to explore the reason that E. angustifolia flowers but does not form fruits in non-saline habitats, vs in the saline habitats, the RNA-seq based on the anthers was performed. The dataset generated represents an important resource for further investigating anther development in E. angustifolia in saline habitats.
