Does the development of diabetes technology reduce parents fear of hypoglycemia? - A validation study

The dataset contains anonymized self-report questionnaire data from 403 parents of children aged 5–14 years with type 1 diabetes in Hungary. Variables include item-level and scale-level scores of the Hypoglycemia Fear Survey – Parent (Hungarian version), the Diabetes Distress Survey – Parent Version, and parent- and child-related demographic and clinical characteristics (e.g., child’s age, duration of diabetes, HbA1c category, history of severe hypoglycemia, and use of continuous glucose monitoring). Data were collected via an online survey and processed exclusively in aggregated and anonymized form.
