This dataset is generated from the medical diagnosis and treatment services provided by 20 primary healthcare institutions in Daming County. It primarily includes information such as department name, admission time, discharge time, length of inpatient stay, admission diagnosis and discharge diagnosis, which are used to comprehensively record the entire inpatient diagnosis and treatment process of patients. This dataset serves as a valid basis for subsequent rehabilitation guidance, reference for return visits, as well as medical record statistics and abstract preparation.
