Field collected D. citri raw illumina reads

Raw Illumina reads from seventeen adult Diaphorina citri field-collected from a citrus grove in St. Lucie county, FL. These Illumina sequence reads were used to confirm the presence of entomopathogenic fungal mitochondrial signatures detected in other individuals collected from the same grove but processed using the pre-treatment DNase and filtration (PDF) protocol followed by Illumina sequencing. This, 8/17 (~47%) of these samples had some level of fungal mitochondrial signatures indicative of a epizootic outbreak detected within the sequence data at the time these individuals were sampled.
