The immunological basis for antibody responsiveness following influenza virus infection.

This dataset is based on a study to identify cellular immunologic markers associated with robust antibody responses or seroconversion after influenza virus infection. The dataset were derived from two independent human cohorts, SHIVERS and FLU09, based in Auckland, New Zealand and Memphis, Tennessee, USA, respectively. SHIVERS dataset contain demogrphic, serology and flow cytometric data of PBMCs collected from confirmed influenza individuals. FLU09 dataset contain demographic, influenza specific IgA and IgG and flow cytometric data of cells collected from nasal washings of confirmed influenza individuals.
