This dataset presents a curated and structured collection of 174 classical Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulas, specifically designed to support computational research in knowledge graph construction, network pharmacology, and data mining. Comprising 1,249 individual records, the dataset transforms unstructured classical literature into a standardized, machine-readable tabular format. It details the precise composition of each formula, including standardized Pinyin formula names, English herb terminology, quantitative dosages with aligned units (e.g., g, ml, Tael), and the canonical "Jun-Chen-Zuo-Shi" (Monarch, Minister, Assistant, Guide) compatibility roles. By preserving these theoretical attributions and standardizing measurements, this resource enables researchers to quantitatively analyze herb-ingredient targets and investigate combinatorial patterns within classical prescriptions.
