HNHDb

The HNH Database is a collection and sequence-based classification of HNH domain proteins. The database contains about 1913 HNH domain containing proteins, and is classified into 10 subsets based on the sequence pattern.HNH数据库（HNH Database）是针对HNH结构域（HNH domain）蛋白的序列收集与基于序列分类的数据集。该数据库包含约1913个携带HNH结构域的蛋白质，并依据序列模式被划分为10个子集。
