Microbiome Abundance Generated by MGM 2.0

This dataset contains gut microbiome abundance data for 17 diseases, generated using MGM 2.0, a microbial foundation model designed for contextualized microbiome analysis. It includes two CSV files:1. <b>abundance.csv</b> – A matrix representing the relative abundance of microbial taxa across samples, where rows correspond to genera and columns to samples.2. <b>labels.csv</b> – Metadata or classification labels associated with the samples.This dataset is suitable for benchmarking, model evaluation, and microbiome classification tasks.
