Pattern Formation in Circular Structures using Angular Segmentation Formula
收藏资源简介:
This dataset presents a novel analytical formula for the precise placement of permanent magnets in an axial flux motor. The formula enables equal angular and radial spacing between triangular or arc-segment magnets along the rotor’s circumference, ensuring magnetic symmetry and balanced electromagnetic forces. This approach enhances torque uniformity, minimizes cogging, and improves motor efficiency without requiring complex geometric simulations. This work contributes to the field of electromagnetic system design by providing a generalized, scalable relationship that can be adapted for various axial flux configurations, including dual-rotor and modular architectures. The formula supports both educational and engineering applications, particularly in motor prototyping, alignment accuracy, and design optimization.
