Tonsil organoid cultures were prepared from one donor and stimulated with live-attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV) or left unstimulated. Cells were harvested on the days described below, total T and B cells were sorted, and cells were sequenced using the BD Rhapsody platform with a targeted set of immune-related genes, BCR, and TCR repertoire analysis. Examination of T and B cells from influenza vaccine-stimulated and unstimulated organoid cultures.
