资源简介:

The dataset contains evaluation grids for global maps of soil temperature (Lembrechts et al. 2022; https://doi.org/10.1111/gcb.16060) that assess the mismatch between two depth levels of 0−5 cm and 5−15 cm in terms of soil temperature physics. The grids show the differences between the two depth levels for seven soil bioclimatic variables, which were also translated into binary grids showing the suspicious and reliable cells. A composite grid is also available to show the number of suspicious grid cells among the seven considered soil bioclimatic variables: dSBIO02 = grid showing differences between the two depth levels for the Mean Diurnal Range (Mean of monthly (max temp − min temp)) dSBIO02_bin = binary grid showing the suspicious (1) and reliable (0) cells between the two depth levels for the Mean Diurnal Range (Mean of monthly (max temp − min temp)) dSBIO04 = grid showing differences between the two depth levels for the Temperature Seasonality (standard deviation × 100) dSBIO04_bin = binary grid showing the suspicious (1) and reliable (0) cells between the two depth levels for the Temperature Seasonality (standard deviation × 100) dSBIO05 = grid showing differences between the two depth levels for the Max Temperature of Warmest Month dSBIO05_bin = binary grid showing the suspicious (1) and reliable (0) cells between the two depth levels for the Max Temperature of Warmest Month dSBIO06 = grid showing differences between the two depth levels for the Min Temperature of Coldest Month dSBIO06_bin = binary grid showing the suspicious (1) and reliable (0) cells between the two depth levels for the Min Temperature of Coldest Month dSBIO07 = grid showing differences between the two depth levels for the Temperature Annual Range (SBIO5 − SBIO6) dSBIO07_bin = binary grid showing the suspicious (1) and reliable (0) cells between the two depth levels for the Temperature Annual Range (SBIO5 − SBIO6) dSBIO10 = grid showing differences between the two depth levels for the Mean Temperature of Warmest Quarter dSBIO10_bin = binary grid showing the suspicious (1) and reliable (0) cells between the two depth levels for the Mean Temperature of Warmest Quarter dSBIO11 = grid showing differences between the two depth levels for the Mean Temperature of Coldest Quarter dSBIO11_bin = binary grid showing the suspicious (1) and reliable (0) cells between the two depth levels for the Mean Temperature of Coldest Quarter pSBIO_susp = composite grid showing the number (0−7) of suspicious cells between the two depth levels among the seven considered soil bioclimatic variables For further details, see the below publication, which the dataset is a supplement to: Uxa, T., 2025.
