This dataset is designed for the Sanming Municipal Government and its relevant functional departments to sort out and publicize annual major decision-making matters. It clarifies the decision content, implementation steps, responsible units, completion deadlines and supervision methods to accept public oversight. Meanwhile, it provides clear guidance for departments to promote the implementation of major decisions, ensuring that such decisions are scientific, democratic, open and transparent, and effectively safeguarding the public's right to know and right to participation.
