Microbial sequencing of Panax notoginseng root and soil

High-throughput sequencing technology were used to analyze the microbial community characteristics of healthy and root rot-infected P. notoginseng in root space (endosphere, rhizoplane, rhizosphere, bulk). The purpose of the study is (1) to study the composition and difference of autotoxic substances and microbial community structure in healthy and diseased roots and root zones of P. notoginseng and (2) to explore the relationship between the distribution of allelochemicals and microorganisms and the main driving environmental factors.
