The roles of CLOCK and CYCLE in the reproductive system

To investigate whether the regulatory roles of the circadian genes CLOCK and CYCLE as transcription factors in the fruit fly testes and ovaries are similar to those in the head tissue, we conducted ChIP-seq analyses on these three tissues, respectively. Overall design: Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA sequencing (ChIP-seq) for CLOCK and CYCLE in the head, testis, and ovary.
