Gene expression changes in Mettl3-deleted mouse oviduct on gestational day 3

We specifically deleted Mettl3 in the female reproductive tract using the Pgr-Cre driver. To portray the molecular mechanism for Mettl3 function in oviduct, whole oviduct were collected from Mettl3f/f and Mettl3d/d mice on gestational day 3 and subjected to RNA-seq analysis. Overall design: Oviduct tissues were collected from Mettl3f/f and Mettl3d/d mice on gestational day 3 and subjected to RNA-seq analysis.
