The contents are organized by figure (Figures 1 - 7, S1 - S9). <br> Each folder contains: One or more datasets (.csv) used to create the figure An R Script (.r) that produces the figure, using the dataset The figure itself (.jpg or .png) <br> Also included: a. The raw planar optode photos (.jpg) used to generate the datasets of Figures 6,7, S5, S6, & S9 b. Associated photo metadata (.txt) c.
