Gene expression panel analysis of CC10 Cre- and CC10 Cre+ RELMα flox/flox lung homogenate at day 30 post infection with Nippostrongylus brasiliensis.

Mice were administered 100μL of 20mg/mL tamoxifen every other day for 5 doses, and recovered for 1 week before being subctaneously injected with 500 L3 larvae or saline. Mice were euthanized after 30 days. The lungs were excised and digested to generate a single cells suspension, from which total RNA was extracted from 1 million cells for gene expression analysis. We used the nanostring Mouse Immunology Panel to analyze 561 genes associated with immunology.
