The expression of TAP1 in gastric adenocarcinoma and its bioinformatics dataset

The expression of TAP1 in gastric adenocarcinoma was detected using genotype issue expression (GTEx), the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, and immunohistochemical methods to analyze its correlation with pathological parameters. Receiver Operating Characteristic Analysis (ROC) was performed using the R language pROC package; Using Kaplan Meier Plotter online analysis website to explore the correlation between TAP1 and the prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma; Use tumor immune estimation response (TIMER) tool to analyze the correlation between TAP1 and immune cell infiltration; Screening the top 100 genes co expressed with TAP1 in gastric adenocarcinoma using Gene Expression Profiting Interactive Analysis (GEPIA) database, and conducting Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis.
