资源简介:

Abstract. The foundation of a healthy lifestyle is predominantly established during early childhood, making primary education a critical phase for instilling lifelong positive habits. This article explores the innovative methodologies employed by foreign educational systems—particularly those of Finland, Japan, South Korea, and various European nations—to cultivate physical, mental, and nutritional well-being in primary school-age children. Moving beyond traditional physical education classes, modern approaches emphasize the holistic integration of health education across the curriculum, active learning environments, and strong school-family-community partnerships. By analyzing these international best practices, this paper identifies adaptable pedagogical strategies, including gamification, phenomenon-based learning, dietary education (such as the Japanese "Shokuiku" concept), and comprehensive psychological support programs. Furthermore, the paper contextualizes these global methodologies for potential integration into the educational framework of Uzbekistan, drawing on the insights of local pedagogical scholars. The findings provide a methodological framework that can be implemented to enhance healthy lifestyle education globally, preparing students not only for academic success but for comprehensive life-long wellness.
