To clarify the relationship between gut microbiota profile and the therapeutic efficacy of PD-1 blockade therapy, stool samples from 71 Japanese cancer patients who received PD-1 blockade therapy were collected and subjected to 16S rRNA gene sequencing / metagenomic sequencing. The whole genome of bacterial strains isolated in this study were provided.
